What we do

We read documents you have published to the market, at low frequency (typically once daily per source), identifying ourselves honestly in our requests and respecting robots directives and reasonable technical controls. We store captures so that the market, and you, can always see exactly what was published and when. We don't access anything behind authentication, and we don't republish your documents as ours: captures are cited as evidence of your published terms, with the values attributed to you.

Why it's good for you, actually

Your schedules exist to be known. Wharfa makes your published terms accurately known, including your advance notices with their full lead time, and reduces the disputes that come from customers relying on stale third-hand versions of your own tariff.

Corrections cut both ways

If we've misread your schedule, [email protected] gets it fixed with a public, dated note. We'd rather be corrected by you than by anyone else.

Objections

If you believe our reading of a specific source is inappropriate, write to [email protected] identifying the source and the concern. We respond in writing within five business days. We take technical and legal obligations seriously; we also publish, as a matter of record, any request to remove factual pricing information from public view.
