What you may do with Wharfa data
The friendly reading of the licence. The formal terms govern: see /terms.
The Wharfa Landside Index: cite it freely
The Index figure, its movement, and the chart may be reproduced in any publication, presentation, submission, board paper or article, with attribution to "Wharfa" and, online, a link to wharfa.com/index. Media and analysts can reach the desk at [email protected]; we answer in writing, on the record.
Subscribers: use it in your business
Quotes, rate cards, client advice, reconciliations, disputes, internal systems, exports: all yours. Work products you build with the data belong to you.
Everyone: the lines we hold
The dataset itself (the structured values, rules, history and verification records) is Wharfa's compilation and can't be republished, resold, offered as a feed, or used to build a competing reference, in whole or in substantial part. Quoting a value with attribution is citation; reproducing the table is republication. If you're unsure which side of the line your use falls on, ask: [email protected].
Software platforms
Embedding Wharfa data in a product is governed by the API Licence Terms, which require attribution ("Charge data by Wharfa") and set the rate terms. White-label arrangements, which remove or replace the attribution, exist under a separate enterprise agreement; [email protected].
