Every watched source is read every day. When a schedule changes, it shows up in the feed the day we detect it, usually the day it's published, and Pro subscribers with a matching lane are emailed the same day. Most carrier changes are announced weeks before their effective date, which is exactly the lead time we exist to hand you.

Yes, twice over. Negotiated terms override published defaults, but the published schedule is what applies to every lane you haven't negotiated, every new carrier you trial, and every dispute about what the fallback was. It's also the baseline your next negotiation starts from. It's hard to argue for better than standard if nobody's sure what standard is this month.

Our pipeline reads documents automatically, and automation makes mistakes. A value marked ✓ VERIFIED has been checked by a human against the source capture. Values still awaiting that check are flagged MACHINE-READ. We still publish them, because they're usually right, but we label them honestly, because "usually" isn't a word you want in a dispute.
