The fine print, before you ask

01Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in two clicks, no retention flow. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your saved lanes and history first.
02Do prices include GST? Can I get an invoice?
Prices are in AUD and exclude GST, which is added at checkout for Australian customers. Every payment generates a tax invoice automatically, and Team and API plans can pay by invoice on 14-day terms.
03How do extra Team seats work?
Team includes five named users. Seats beyond five are $49/month each ($39 annual), added or removed any time from your account. Changes prorate automatically.
04What's the difference between the API tiers?
Internal is for your own systems. Platform is the right to serve Wharfa data to your customers inside your product, with attribution. The line is simple: using the data versus redistributing it. Need a white-labelled or contracted arrangement? That's a conversation. Talk to the desk.
05What if a price changes after I subscribe?
Price increases apply to new subscriptions immediately. If you're already a subscriber, you keep your current price for at least twelve months after any change is announced, and yearly subscribers hold their rate until renewal.
